1. 설치 환경

2. OS 설치

User Guide2.6. Method for burning Linux images to SPIFlash+NVMeSSD 부분을 따라서 OrangePi 5 Max에 OS를 설치한다.

3. Hostname, Network 설정

root User로 진입한다.

sudo -s

[Figure 1]를 참조하여 Hostname을 설정한다.

hostnamectl set-hostname dp-master

[Figure 1]를 참조하여 고정 IP를 설정한다.

nmcli con mod "Wired connection 1" \
  ipv4.addresses "[IP Address]/24" \
  ipv4.gateway "192.168.1.1" \
  ipv4.dns "8.8.8.8" \

4. contaienrd, kubelet 설치

Kernel Module을 로드한다.

modprobe overlay
modprobe br_netfilter

sysctl Parameter를 설정한다.

net.ipv4.ip_forward                 = 1

sysctl --system

swap Memory를 비활성화 한다.

swapoff -a
sed -i 's/^ENABLED=true/ENABLED=false/' "/etc/default/orangepi-zram-config"

containerd를 설치한다.

apt update
apt install -y containerd
mkdir -p /etc/containerd
containerd config default | tee /etc/containerd/config.toml
sed -i 's/SystemdCgroup = false/SystemdCgroup = true/g' /etc/containerd/config.toml
systemctl restart containerd.service

kubelet, kubeadm을 설치한다.

apt-get update
apt-get install -y apt-transport-https ca-certificates curl gnupg
curl -fsSL https://pkgs.k8s.io/core:/stable:/v1.30/deb/Release.key | sudo gpg --dearmor -o /etc/apt/keyrings/kubernetes-apt-keyring.gpg
chmod 644 /etc/apt/keyrings/kubernetes-apt-keyring.gpg

sudo chmod 644 /etc/apt/sources.list.d/kubernetes.list
apt-get update
apt-get install -y kubelet=1.30.8-1.1 kubeadm=1.30.8-1.1

5. Kubernetes Cluster 구성

5.1. Master Node

kubectl을 설치한다.

apt-get install -y kubectl=1.30.8-1.1

Kubernetes Cluster를 구성한다.

kubeadm join 192.168.1.71:6443 --token wweo8m.uyl4fgnc7j21orw5 --discovery-token-ca-cert-hash sha256:599058d317291ab64e0cc8166fe0f9cff5defcc606623fdb2c1aa1b2e2a93604

kubectl config 파일을 복사한다.

mkdir -p $HOME/.kube
sudo cp -i /etc/kubernetes/admin.conf $HOME/.kube/config
sudo chown $(id -u):$(id -g) $HOME/.kube/config

core-dns가 Master Node에만 동작하도록 설정한다.

kubectl patch deployment coredns -n kube-system -p '{"spec":{"template":{"spec":{"nodeSelector":{"node-group.dp.ssup2":"master"}}}}}'

flannel CNI Plugin을 설치한다.

kubectl apply -f https://github.com/flannel-io/flannel/releases/download/v0.26.2/kube-flannel.yml

NFS Server에서 이용할 Directory를 생성한다.

mkdir -p /srv/nfs

5.2. Worker Nodes

각각의 Node에 SSH로 접근하여 Kubernetes Cluster에 Join 한다.

kubeadm join 192.168.1.71:6443 --token wweo8m.uyl4fgnc7j21orw5 --discovery-token-ca-cert-hash sha256:599058d317291ab64e0cc8166fe0f9cff5defcc606623fdb2c1aa1b2e2a93604

6. Label 설정

Master Node의 Master Label과 Taint를 제거한다.

각각의 Node에 Role을 부여한다.

Node의 Role을 확인한다.

7. Data Component 설치

Helm Chart를 Download 한다.

Helm Chart를 통해서 Data Component를 설치한다.
